All orders are made to order as part of our weekly drop.

  • Pre-orders open Monday and close Wednesday at 8PM (or when sold out)
  • All cookies are baked fresh every Friday
  • Orders are shipped Saturday-Sunday

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

  • Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipment
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays

We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

We currently ship within the United States.

Available shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout.

Freshness & Packaging

All cookies are baked fresh right before shipping and carefully packaged to maintain quality during transit.

For the best experience, we recommend enjoying your cookies shortly after delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

However, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or lost packages after they have been noted as "delivered" by the carrier. Returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are subject to additional charges in order to re-ship. Shipping charges will not be refunded due to late deliveries, closed locations or denied access at delivery locations.
